Team After Sales

Given the importance afforded to Clients and their satisfaction, special attention is reserved to After-Sales activities, managed by a dedicated team of in-house, close-knit and collaborative staff, which continuously checks in with quality control, Technical Assistance, Customer Service and End Customers.

Assistance 24/24

Technical assistance by remote through Ethernet connections, directly on machines for an initial ONLINE diagnosis of the problem. If the ONLINE approach is unable to solve the problem, the defective or faulty piece is sent through the After-Sales service with the scheduling of an on-site visit by a specialised Sinico technician.
